The wind comes up around ten and the session is not over yet. Not cold enough to go in, not warm enough to stay out. This is what the jacket is for. A little more neoprene across the chest and arms, the half step that buys you another hour. You pull it on over a bikini or a full suit and paddle back out. It never fights you.
